Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC)
If you have a child receiving special education services, on a 504 plan, or who might need to be referred for evaluation, Arlington SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council) can help you connect with other special education parents and keep you up to date on important developments in special education in Arlington and beyond. We act as a resource for parents and offer workshops and guest speakers to help parents become better informed about special education issues. The Council is mandated to meet regularly with school officials to participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of special education programs in town. Learn more.

School Committee
The school committee holds meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month except July and August. Though only the school committee is involved with the meetings, each meeting opens with an open session where any parent/citizen can address the school committee with concerns, ideas, etc. You can also sign up to receive emails with school committee agendas. Learn more.

School Committee Subcommittees
If you have a question or concern about the school budget, curriculum, policies, etc. you can email the chair of the appropriate subcommittee. Learn more.
